It’s hard to believe we’re about to put 2015 behind us. We have a lot to reflect on, and what better way to do it than to review what you, the reader, looked at the most during 2015.
Here are our most popular posts of 2015 (click on title to view):
The most underrated course at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort got the most attention of their four courses. Maybe it’s not as underrated as I think?
9. 2015 Major Championship Predictions
A tradition on the Golf is Mental Blog is to try and predict all the major winners at the beginning of the year (sometime before The Masters). I got off to a hot start with my predictions, but cooled off as the season went on. Looking forward to improvement in 2016!
8. Unique Holiday Gift Ideas for Golfers
Holiday shopping can be tough and stressful. It’s something I notoriously leave until the last minute, which inspired me to create this list of gift ideas to help shop for the golfer in your life, even if it is last minute!
7. Peak Performance Golf Apparel – Amuri Polo Review
My first Peak Performance golf apparel review was an exciting one for me. The high quality outdoor brand is poised to become a mainstay in the golf industry. Golfers are as outdoorsy as anyone, and Peak Performance doesn’t forget that.
6. Review: Torrey Pines Golf Course (North Course)
At first I was surprised that the North Course outperformed the iconic South Course. Then again, with the North Course offering up a great combination of experience and value, it shouldn’t be all that surprising.
5. Titleist Pro V1 Holiday Giveaway
Our giveaways were hugely popular in 2015, and they wouldn’t be feasible without awesome readers like yourselves. So give yourself a pat on the back, and look forward to more giveaways in 2016!
4. SwingTalk Swing Analyzer by GOLFZON (Review)
My first gadget review was a fun endeavor. After about 12 takes, I was able to publish my first YouTube video. There is room for improvement, but at least I’m not completely embarrassed by it. I’m not a big golf gadget type of guy, but this one proved to be pretty cool.
3. A Visit to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort
The story of our visit to iconic Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, with some insight into the experience they provide. A trip we hope to repeat in the future.
Who doesn’t like a good love story? When that love story includes a round of golf at Pebble Beach Golf Links, you have to check it out, right?
1. How to Play Pebble Beach on a Budget
These tips have helped provide us the privilege to visit the Pebble Beach area and play their golf courses on multiple occasions. It’s a must for every golfer to take this trip, and hopefully this post will continue to help people realize it can be more affordable than you think.
Thanks again to all my readers for a fantastic 2015 season! Here’s to many birdies for everyone in 2016, and a great year on and off the golf course.
Happy New Year!
