Review: Shadow Mountain Golf Course Part 2

Back in the spring I played Shadow Mountain Golf Course for the first time on a boys trip to Cranbrook, British Columbia. I had nothing but good things to say about the course, and the conditions exceeded my expectations for the spring time. You can read the full review here.

I recently had the chance to play Shadow Mountain again, this time with Beth. The course was in even better shape. Their fairways were like carpet. The ball always seemed to find a perfect lie, and the greens rolled true.

I tried not to oversell the course too much before we got there, but I was pretty excited to play it again. I probably annoyed Beth by constantly reminding her I was excited.

I will let a few photos do most of the talking.

I can definitely say it’s one of my favorite courses around and the value is the best in the area.

The beautiful mountainous setting is tough to beat and every hole feels different and unique. The bunkers, waste areas and whispy rough give the course some attitude while the dramatic holes provide pure breathtaking beauty.

I highly recommend getting out there and giving it a try. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Happy golfing!
