Golf Etiquette Truth #8

Unsolicited swing advice

Unless you have an understanding with someone, don’t try and fix their golf swing on the course. Keep it to the range, or let someone qualified give your buddy swing advice. Just because your handicap is 14 and your friend is a 20 doesn’t make you qualified.

If you try and Hank Haney me on the golf course, I’ll Haney you back ten fold. Gain your trust. Give you swing advice. Learn your dark secrets. Things will get tough, so I’ll quit. Then I’ll write a tell all book about you. It won’t be worth it, so don’t do it.
